I loved this book. The BFG was my favourite character because he helped everyone and gave them nice dreams. Yes I would recommend this book.
This was a brilliant story, and every single night before I go to bed I shall be keeping a close eye out for anything interesting! Hopefully, I may spot the BFG! I think the idea of dream catching is lovely and I love the BFG in general for how kind and caring he is. The story was magical!

It was quite good because there was giant and I kind of like giants.
I liked the friendly giant. It was funny because he made up words!
my favourite character is the bfg because he was nice to Sophie. i learnt that even if a person has trouble with vocabulary you need to respect them.
The snozcumbers were a huge hit.
He also noted that Sophie was scared to start with until she was comfortable with the BFG.
Iv watched the film, but enjoyed the book as it has more detail
The BFG was my favourite character. My favourite part was at the end when the BFG fed the giants snozcumbers & they didn’t like them because they eat humans!

It is a non-fiction book about a girl (named Sophie) and a giant (the big friendly giant) meeting midnight also called as the witching hour on the book. my favourite character was Sophie with a charming personality. I would reccomend it for all ages.
Adventurous and marvelous and I liked Sophie as she was very brave.

I have just read a fairly good book.Even though there are better books than this one. I liked the BFG just because he has massive ears.I would recommend this book to people that like fun!

My favorite character is the boss of the bad giants, Fleshlumpeater. I like the way the BFG mixes potions to create dreams for the children.
I loved this book. It took me a long time to read but I got there in the end!
This is one of the first longer books we have read. It went down really well and the BFG has been a regular feature through out the summer holidays. The imagination and thoughts it has generated has been wonderful. They love talking about giants now and are constantly talking about them. This is a greater starter for anyone moving from picture books to longer story's.

A amazing Book
I really like this book because it has the BFG’s language which is very funny.
I loved this book. I really enjoyed reading this story, my favourite character is the bfg, he is very funny and I like how he talks.
I read this book with my Dad. There were a lot of strange words. I also watched the film which I enjoyed a little bit more than the book. I really liked it when they worked together to save the world from all the other giants. I thought Sophie was a nice little girl and very brave, it was sad she didn't have parents and had to live in an orphanage.
I liked it because they captured the giants and everyone in the world came to see the BFG and the giants.
I really liked it because it was really fun and love Roald Dahl Books so I think it is a reason why I also like it

If I was Sophie I would've been scared but the bfg was so kind to her. I really liked all the dreams in jars and how the frobscottle worked. Scary and funny
