When Hiccup’s dragon Toothless is captured by Romans, only Hiccup and his friend Fishlegs can rescue him. But things get WORSE, when the Romans steal Hiccup’s precious book HOW TO SPEAK DRAGONESE and Hiccup and Fishlegs are taken off to the Fortress of Sinister!
Now they must save Toothless AND themselves – but how can they possibly escape?
How to Train Your Dragon is a major award-winning DreamWorks film series. There is also a new live action movie due to be released in 2025. The TV series, Riders of Berk, can be seen on CBeebies and Cartoon Network.

Mostly the same as the second but told you how to speak a special language called dragonese
Hiccup and the heir to the Bog Burglers; Camicazi, get kidnapped by Romans, so they need a plan to escape.
I liked the bit when hiccup got the nanodragons to make it look like he was flying. This was a great book.
True excitement
I was a bit sad when hiccup lost his dragon but I really enjoyed the shouting with his teacher
I love this series. My favourite character is Alvin the treterus… because he always finds a way to live and never gives up.
Can’t wait to read the next one!

This book is fiction and it is about 3 vikings going on a journey. I love dragons and I really wanted to love this book but I didn't feel engaged because it was repetitive of other books.
Amazing. Read in less than an hour. Would totally recommend

I liked this book I loved learning dragonese it was funny. It was funny that an old character reappeared with some changes to his appearance to keep from spoiling anything for anyone who hasn’t read it. Overall loved this book would recommend.
I like this book because it is very adventurous, but too much violence.
This book is amazing
This is the third how to train your Dragon book. This is a fiction book i like it because it had a lot of sword fighting. and Hiccup had a how to speak Dragonese book it was ripped in half and the bad guy got half of it he needed it badly to make all dragons listen to him but Hiccup stoped him.
There will be more to come of this great adventure
Hiccup was my favorite character. I would recommend this book
