A great book telling a fun story. This shows that having money doesn't matter its all about love. This was the first David Walliams Book I have read and ut was amazing got me into David's incredible and funny books. I would recommend to anyone that loves a good funny fiction book. And if you like this try the boy in the dress or Mr stink and my favourite super Slueth. Rated 5 stars

I like the way they got so much money to spend and he being so generous to Bob, his new friend at a local comp (he gave £50 to him and he said yes between the race), then Bob showed him the Grubbs, the school's bullies and told him that his dad died 1 year ago, he felt sorry for Bob, he wanted him to have a happy life so he paid the bullies money, Bob found and said Joe is a spoiled brat, not everything is about money! I would also recommend this fabulous David Walliams book to children and teenagers, too

I felt sad for the boy when he had no friends and the kids were not kind

I loved the story's reason as why money doesnt buy friendship, feelings and love. At first Joe is sad and doesnt have a friend to play with so his dad pays a girl who's an actress to pretend to be his friend. She pretends to like Joe and tells him that, so Joe wants to kiss her but then she thinks he's going to far so she says ' not here ' to Joe when he wants to kiss her. Then Joe's Dad's girlfriend Saphire asks Joe's friend if she had seen her somewhere but she says no and Joe's dad says the same. Then, Oh my, reader. I must not tell you all of this, let me pause the story here. It is fiction so I like Joe's desire to be normal. I recommend this book to someone else.

I like how they have lots of adventure. It’s really cool that he has a gaming room in his house. I think this book is about friendship and proves that money can’t buy everything.
It also had some really funny words in it.

This is also a book of David Walliams. One of the funniest stories I've read in 12 years which is my age. I recommend it to people who likes money. (But you can't earn money by reading this book. Maybe just fun)
