Having discovered this series I'm reading them from the beginning, and this is Book 3. It’s Easter in the village of Three Pines in Quebec, and between the egg hunts and other festivities a séance is held in an empty house that’s long been believed to be haunted. A death occurs and Gamache and his team are brought in to find the killer. But alongside the investigation his professional life seems to be unravelling due to the fallout from the recent corruption investigation at the Sûreté du Québec. These books are traditional murder mysteries and I'm really enjoying reading them.
