I really liked this book because there was lots of danger. In one of the dangerous situations they had to go through a city that was being raided by Germans. This made it exciting and a thrilling read. My favourite character was miss peregrine the bird because in the end this was a wight disguised as a bird.
It is an AMAZING read and everyone 11+ NEEDS to read it.
Vocabulary rich, suspenseful and enchanting. The ending isn’t so much of an ending more of a mid plot cliff hanger for the next book.
The peculiar powers are really interesting and the story of how Millard became invisible!!
A chilling, spine-tingling book that kept me on my toes. Amazing.
A chilling,spine-tingling book that I just could not get enough of
Nice creepy just the way I like it!
it was a very interesting and action packed
It was quite scary and intriguing because there are lots of monsters. It is just as good as the first book- it continues on where the first book left off.
I loved this book it was a great follow up to the film. The plot was engaging and misleading. My favourite part was when the bird turned back to a human.
Amazing sequel to the first !!
It is as good as it's previous book. Just a bit more darker and scarier.
I absolutely loved this book, from the pictures to the breath-taking plot twist, I couldn't put this book down and when it was finished sat in shock for 15 minutes. so yeah you could say I enjoyed it.

This book was good because it adds to the insecurity of the peculiar childrens' lives at the end of Miss Peregrine's Home For Peculiar Children when all of the children leave Cairnholm with their guardian Miss Peregrine stuck as a bird. The vintage photos make the reading style like the first book but there is an exciting plot twist near the end when Miss Peregrine is not the bird the children had been trying to save but her evil brother. The book was very gripping and the story makes you tense right until the end of the book.
I love these books I have ordered them so I can read them all
I think that this book is perfect for horror, romance and mystery readers, the types which i like as well. I would recommend this book to 11 upwards readers becuase of the type of book and the language.

Another amazing addition to Miss Perigrine's Home for Peculiar Children
The second best book I have ever read in my entire life!!!
This is the brilliant follow up to Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs. I love this whole series of books because they are based on real, old, creepy photographs of children. Ransom made up different peculiarities for them and created stories around them. I think you should read Miss Peregrine first but definitely follow up with Hollow City. It's a truly gripping read!
This was amazing!!! The story continues from the first book - Miss Peregrine's School for peculiar children and maps out the story of Jacob who has decided to stay with his peculiar friends and help them try to save Miss Peregrine. The story ducks and dives through different times and places - fantastic twists throughout the story keeping you guessing as to what will happen next. A real nail-biter!!
The sequel to Miss Peregrine's Home For Peculiar Children, this book will make you want to leave the light on...
