The Giraffe and the Pelly and Me

I love Roald Dahl books. It was quite funny that the giraffe was the ladder, the pelican was the bucket and the boy was the cleaner. They open a window cleaning business in an old sweet shop.

The funniest thing was when bathtubs and fridges were falling in the middle of the road

I read that the giraffe and the jelly and me is a window cleaning business stuff.And they went to the duchess to clean his palace and when they're doing it , the duchess said you don't have to do the top one because you won't be able to reach it. it made the giraffe mad and he cleaned the top one. then a burglar got all the gold and before he could run away the pelican caught him and the duchess said that he could stay there forever.

My favourite character was Billy because it was funny when he was in the Pelicans mouth. The best part of the story was when they were all happy and they got what they needed.

It was so much fun to read this book. The songs that the monkey sang and the questions at the end of the book were very enjoyable.

This book is a fiction. My thoughts about his book is that it was very stupid when Pelly put an armed man inside its beak.The person I liked the best is the Duke because he gave everyone one thing they wanted which was food.

I really like this book as I love animals and the story is funny. The poems are nice and the story is about friendship. The book is fiction. I like all the characters, but my favourite is Billy as he made good friends and opened a sweet shop. I would recommend this book to children and adults.

This was a wonderful book. The story was very long but I really enjoyed it. The Pelly was my favourite character because he caught the naughty burgled and could give people rides in his beak! A must read for children who like funny stories with happy endings.

I think that the story is very funny because the characters, except for Billy, are animals, and the monkey talks only by screaming.

This is one crazy book. Get this fun and amazing book and you will meet in this book a boy called Billy as he makes friends with three amazing animals and gets up to some thrilling adventures.

It was emotional when the Pellican got a hole in his beak but I really enjoyed reading it so I do recommend it to anyone
