This is an adventure across America while trying to hide am elephant! Tad and Cissie need to get to Nebraska and find Ketty who will help prove that Khush, the elephant, is theirs and does not belong to Mr Jackson and Esther. They have several close calls which strengthen their relationship and are helped and hindered equally by people all the way through their journey.
I enjoyed joining their trek across America.
It’s about a cruel man who chased an elephant who’s owner died and was rightfully cissie his daughter’s and in the end tad her friend hets the elephant
Khush is a very funny character and also a very important one. Weirdly enough, he has done many things that I didn't know an elephant could do. Over.
Amazing! Just plain amazing!! 🐘🐘
I like Tad the most because he is very funny and he is very kind and generous to other people.
It all started when Tad and Cassie got an elephant from their grandmother and everyone loved him, but a person called Hannibal Jackson was jealous of them and wanted to capture the elephant to make everyone love him.
I would recommend the book to children aged at 9 and over.
A nice story for young elephant lovers.
Adventurous and mysterious on every page.
This book was ok, although by the end of it I was slightly bored. The characters were not very well developed so I felt I never got to know each one as an individual. Therefore, I wasn't very involved in the book. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this book to many people. However, if you like adventure and animals you may enjoy it.
