Loved reading this book

Awesome

I thought this was a fantastic story. I enjoyed all of the adventures Montezuma found himself in. One of my favourite Michael Morpurgo stories.

Montezuma got his head stuck in the bean tin and that was hilarious

I just love the way that the story turns out and is presented.

I liked this book although it could be better

Really nice book about a strong and determined cat. I liked the part where he finally got on the father's stomach and purred. I would definitely recommend it to anyone

In typical Morpurgo style, this story takes you on a journey of an adventurous cat, filled with characteristic realism. His subtle style hints at sentiment but does not sugar coat. A purrfect read fora cat lover.

I thought this book was really good, I rate it 5/5. My favourite person is Lily because even though she did not know Montezuma she prayed for him. My favourite part was when Matthew found that Montezuma was not dead. I would definitely recommend!

I would recommend this to Peaple that like cats and this book was unpudownable!

My favourite character is Montezuma because he is a very brave cat.

In this book a cat called Montezuma has nine lives and in each one he very nearly dies. One of the lives he nearly suffocates because he gets a baked bean tin stuck on his head. I cried and cried and cried and cried when he dies. But he was very old when he died and had lived a long and happy life.

I think you guys should read (The nine lives of Montezua) because it is cool and good for animal lovers like me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i dont really love Micheal Morpurgos books but this one was amazing!

If you like adventerous books this book you will enjoy this amazing book.

I loved this book

This book is superbly written!

There is a boy called a Matthew who works in his parents' farm.There is an old she- cat who has kittens which Matthew's father always drownes down the pond.But Montazuma survives he's the kitten Matthew found hiding in the beggining of the story.
Plot:The plot was really good you could connect to how Montazuma felt and how Matthew felt which connects to the writing style.5/5 stars.
Writing style:I could understand things happening and it was quite easy to picture things.4.5/5 stars.
Creativity:I feel that there was needed a little bit more creativity in someway.4/5 stars.
Characters:I could relate to the 2 main characters Montazuma and Matthew but I found the parents quite annoying but I think they're ment to be as it all starts with Matthew's boring life on the farm and when Montazuma appears there is something special about him that lights up Matthew's life.4.5/5 stars.
An amazing book.

I enjoyed this book because it was sort of an adventure story and I like adventure stories, and I like cats.

A great book of a boys love for a cat. Montezuma has a great personality and is a true fighter!

I would rate it 3 stars because at the biginning it lostme but as I read more it got more and more interesting . I would rate it 6+ because the adventures get very scary.
