Reader from Methley book group Leeds. I really enjoyed reading this book. I thought it was very clever. Imaginative and had things that would appeal to both lovers of fantasy writing, crime writing, and horror. I have also read the book eaters by this author but this book is my favourite of the two.
I know when I've read a good book because when I finished it, I miss it! The plot had lots of twists and turns. I liked the fact that it was predominantly female characters that were taking the lead. I also enjoyed a different cultural background to the tale and trying to look at things from a different perspective. I would recommend this book to others.
