Listened to the Audiobook version of this book and it was brilliant. The author talks about changing habits which can help to improve our lives.
He provides great examples of people and teams that made changes like British Cycling Team as good example of change. Bradley Wiggins’s and Chris Frome were mentioned along with LA Lakers.
The book more focuses on systems rather than goals. Other self help books always are more goal focused. The systems of habitual changes was very interesting and he often refers to his website for further examples which I have visited. I highly recommend this book and the Workbook which he has produced. Would read and also listen to this again
There is a lot of information to digest will look at physical books and the website especially for when you plan to change your habits
