I enjoyed listening to this. I found it quite interesting.
I didn't really like this book I found it a bit boring!
It was really that how Danny father is so brave he worked so hard to let his son Danny happy. They weren't sad on their life they still continued and go to one and another places.
When he broke his leg
I liked Danny best. My favourite bit was when the pheasants started flying out of the pram
once upon a time there was a boy how called Danny he and his Dad was sleeping suddenly Danny hard a nose Danny got out of the house looking in the sky
this book is about poaching and it is fantastic you never know what is going to happen and when you do there is always somthing that you would'n expect. when i was reading this book it was so good i didn't want to put the book down and that is the kind of book that most people enjoy. most chapters end in a cliff hanger but i only read one chapter every night and sometimes i went to bed thinking about what would happen in the next chapter
I hated this book it was so boring!
My son & I really enjoyed reading this book together. It takes a few chapters to get into it, but then is very gripping & has a good ending.
This is a fictional story about a boy called Danny and a father who is said to do lots of fun activities, which is actually called spoiling. He goes out shooting pheasants which is not allowed in this country and he leaves Danny on his own on his 9th birthday. But Danny rescues his father and saves the day, he is a hero. I don’t like a character called Mr Victor Hazel as he is a meanie.
I liked Danny's ideas and his dad was super sweet and lots of fun.
I like when Danny's dad told him about the Bfg
I really liked this book, it was fascinating and funny.
Danny and his father look for pheasants
I liked this book because it was about family. A boy -called Danny- and his dad share a secret that Danny's dad goes into the woods to kill pheasants. Mr Hazel (who the pheasants belong to) owns a beer factory. will Danny's plan work?
I thought this book was really interesting. Danny is a normal boy. One day he notices his dad is missing and his dad has a secret about poaching. At the end Danny becomes the champion of the world. My favourite character is Danny. I would recommend this book.
This book is fiction and my favourite character is Danny because he is so smart. I learned about how to become the champion of the world. I would recommend this book because it teaches you how to become a world champion.
I really enjoyed this book because Danny came up with a plan.
It was a lovely and funny book.It was about Danny, his Daddy and a terrible man who was not friendly but very, very nasty and his name was Victor Hazzel.Danny and his Daddy has a very strong relationship and Danny's Daddy tells Danny stories before he goes to bed just like my Daddy does! I really liked the adventures in this book.
