Oundle Crime

I actually read this on the BorrowBox e-library. It's about a boys-only ski break in the French Alps which goes horribly wrong when one of the party, Tom, falls to his death. His widow, Zoe, persuades her friend Ivy to accompany her to France to bring home his body. After all, Zoe, Ivy, and all the ski party had been friends at university. But when they arrive in France, Ivy starts to suspect that Tom’s death wasn’t an accident and sees that all is not well with their friends. And it’s not long before more lives are in danger. At times the story is hard to keep track of because it's written in three timelines and the writing is a bit melodramatic. But the descriptions of the ski resort, the pistes and landscape are good and there’s a surprise at the end which I didn’t see coming.
