When 17 year old Isabella Swan moves to Forks, Washington to live with her father she expects that her new life will be as dull as the town.
But in spite of her awkward manner and low expectations, she finds that her new classmates are drawn to this pale, dark-haired new girl in town. But not, it seems, the Cullen family. These five adopted brothers and sisters obviously prefer their own company and will make no exception for Bella.
Bella is convinced that Edward Cullen in particular hates her, but she feels a strange attraction to him, although his hostility makes her feel almost physically ill. He seems determined to push her away – until, that is, he saves her life from an out of control car.
Bella will soon discover that there is a very good reason for Edward’s coldness. He, and his family, are vampires – and he knows how dangerous it is for others to get too close.

I have loved reading twilight . I can’t wait to read new moon, Bella is my favourite character . And I like Jacob better than Edward !

My favourite character in the book was probably Edward because he was charming g and dashing in every aspect and really cared for Bella. I would recommend it to someone because it is a really great romance with a supernatural twist!

I love Vampire and werewolf stories, they take you away from the real world and all it's worries.
This book is amazing! It is filled with romance, fantasy and drama about a girl falling in love with a handsome, charming, polite Edward Cullen. I am absolutely obsessed with the series and would recommend it to anyone!

this book was really good! my favourite character was probably Alice because she was accepting and kind. i thought Edward was a bit creepy because he watched Bella sleep? Bella could get really annoying at times. she was so clingy and she would do anything for Edward. but i liked the whole Cullen family. not Jessica though

This breathtaking novel has been on my wish list for years; I instantly fell in love with Stephenie's chilling story from the first chapter. The love between Bella and Edward is indescribable- I felt calmed and happy when they had good moments together, I think it would be lovely if that were real. I have grown up reading fantasy or romance books- my favourite- but never in one book. This is a favourite for sure and I would definitely recommend to all young adult readers.

I loved this book! The story was really compelling and I loved the dynamics between Edward and Bella. I really can’t wait to read the rest in the series as it only took me 2 days.
I watched the film before and that was okay. The reason why I am raiting this book only two stars is because i don't really like love stories..
I would recommend this book to harry potter lovers because I get Harry potter vibes from it. My favroute person in the book is Bella any day probably because she is mysterious about Edward at the start but when the books go on they seem to like each one and other.
I loved this book as it drew me in from the very first page. The imagery created in my head was wonderful and kept me hooked. I would definitely recommend this book.
