Read the Quick Read version which was not the full version of the book. Examines Mental Health in more detail and provides a lot of useful advice and guidance on how to tackle this. I thought part 3 of this short version of the book Mental Fitness Foundation was really. The Quick Read Version was quite useful. Will look at Main book itself
