It was amazing.
I liked April because even though she had left the Arctic she still had a part of her there.
I really liked when bear had a little cub. It was sad in parts but I really enjoyed it!
Best book I've ever read!
A brilliant follow up to The Last Bear. A great way to highlight climate change and it’s effects

So, I felt like when I just saw his book, it would be just right for me.And when I was reading it, it changed my mind, to stop killing polar bears. To protect them in fact.So I felt emotional.
A huge shout out to Hannah Gold. The language she used is outstanding, and she has another bestseller yet! An astonishingly beautiful piece of work, and has anyone’s attention! And Levi Pinfolds pictures are the most talented illustrations I’ve probably ever seen. This book has everything!!!
This book was so inspirational for me as April went back to see bear wondering if he was still okay after he got shot. After April got there she was determined to get there and never gave up. She helped bear with his little cub too. The perseverance with this girl is amazing showing that even the smallest things you do make such a big difference. Highly recommend this book to anyone above the age of 8.
I adore Hannah Gold’s books, they are brilliant thought provoking and motivating and I cry every time! Read this in less than 3 hours as I couldn’t put it down. Would recommend wholeheartedly
I love this book
I would say if you’re in year 4 this is a great read
A lot of description and heart warming, help understand to protect climate change.
This is a brilliant sequel to The Lost Bear.
Amazing!!
After absolutely falling in love with the first book "The Last Bear", I was hesitant to read the sequel. However, I loved it just as much. The characters are surprisingly believable (considering it's about a girl being friends with a polar bear) and I think these are books that should be shared with every class. They teach the importance of caring for our environment and the consequences of our actions on wildlife should we not. Incredibly beautiful book (story and the gorgeous illustrations by Levi Pinfold!)
It was amazing even though it took me 5 days to read!
I liked this book because it was adventures also I enjoyed the friendship and journey the book took me on
My 2ND favrite book
I really liked it because I am a big fan of Hannah Gold’s the last bear and the lost whale, so it was really nice to read the second part of the story. I really liked Peanut the bear cub!
A beautiful sequel to The Last Bear that develops the story and friendship of April and Bear. This time she returns to Svalbard to help Bear and his cub who are in peril. A wild adventure ensues and there is a lovely ending to the story that shows the character development of both April and her father. Another firm favourite of mine
I recommend prequel the last bear
It’s a story about April finding her lost friend with his cub Bear . She travels back to Svalbard to find him. It’s as good as the first one if you have read the first book you will love this book!
This book was beyond words, incredible
Finding Bear is the second book after the last bear.
I really love both of the books and if you like animals, then read them both!
Finding bear is about a girl, April, (who in the last book saved a polar bear.) and how though she saved Bear, she still misses him. Then she gets news that a polar bear got shot! And it might even be bear!
And off she goes on a big adventure back to the Artic, there she must find bear, and if that isn't hard enough she must also save a cub called Peanut.
I don't want to spoil too much, so I won't add more.
But read this book it is great!
Come and join April, Bear and Peanut on their great adventure though the Artic. Helped by new friends and old.
Read this book!
this is a fiction book and the characters of this book is April and the bear.
