It was a very good book that had lots of mysteries and murder. I felt like I was there. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wanted mysteries and drama. My favourite character was May Wong (or Wong Mei Lei) she was only 9 ( and a few months) and solved a whole murder! Also she was incredibly funny!
I ABSOLUTELY ADORE THIS SERIES! Robin Stevens writes them so well! My favourite character in this one is Hazel, because she is so different to Daisy but they get along so well! I would recommend this to anyone who likes historical fiction and murder mystery!
I loved how this book had lots of mini-stories. My favourite one was ‘May Wong and deadly flat’ because it made use of suspense.
I enjoyed this book because I like reading mysteries.
I liked this book it was full of mini mysteries
it is a very interesting book and i sometimes try to find out what is happening in the story myself
I think this was a book of amazing, short stories. I love how you can keep on thinking about them, even as you are not reading them. I absolutely loved them.
I thought this book is great because I love this series and I love mysteries
Very good
Short stories for a quick easy read. Perfect for children who find long books off putting.
this book is amazing! I cant believe that Alexander finally admits that he loves/likes Hazel. And now they're a couple!!!
an awesome collection of mini mysteries. highly reccomend
This book has lots of little stories inside the big one. Some stories are murders and the others are just normal mysteries mysteries.
I really like this book and the stories in it! It’s quite intriguing and my favourite character is Hazel
amazing it had murder and stealing. if you like crime novels then this is for you.
I liked this book so much! I loved the idea of the mini crimes and that they came together into one big book! I liked Daisy and Hazel but it was a hard choice due to so many characters. I would recommend it to anyone who likes mysteries!
I think this book was awesome! It contains untold mysteries from Hazel Wong's casebook, the Junior Pinkerton's casebook as well as May Wong's first mystery! If you read this book already, how about you join May in her new series The ministry of unladylike activity? Comes out in August 2022!
I loved this book because it's mini mysteries and some of them were quite drastic. I didn't expect there it to be like that as they were mini mysteries but I liked that they weren't just false mysteries.
I love murder mysteries, so this book was perfect for me. This collection of stories revolves around 2 teenage girls, Daisy and Hazel, who have a passion for solving crimes and detecting, and their friends(and rival detectives), Alexander and George. One of the stories features Hazel's younger sister, May, who tells the story of a murder - that she solved - in the flat above theirs.
I absoulutly loved this book. It is the last book of the series and I really enjoyed it. I loved both Daisy and Hazel but Hazel the best. Robin Stevens is one of my favourite authors and I would recommend this book the children 8+. I can't wait for the new series to come out.
May helps the mystery to be solved
It was so good! There was Hazel Wong and Daisy Wells, how I aspire to as only the best detectives in the world! I would totally recommend this, so read this book:]
I loved this anthology as all the stories were short and sweet. It has left me even more excited for Robin Steven's new series. I fell in love with the characters even more and I felt a bit bittersweet after the events of Death Sets Sail
If you are into mysteries and crimes. this is one of the many books for you.
I loved it
I liked the Character Hazel best as she was kind, patient and curious. I would recommend this book as there are lots of murder mysteries in one. Hazel and Daisy and in the last one May, solve lots of murders like detectives. Hazel and Daisy's friends George and Alexander also help them solve them.
It was very good but I prefer the longer stories to the short stories in this book.
Reading this book was quite emotional because it is the last book in a series I loved. Finishing is like saying a final goodbye to an old friend.
A great book I loved all the stories. My favourite is The Houd Of Western School - I didn't expect Kate to own the dog!
This is a collection of very short but very good murders. I give it five stars because I am someone who likes murders (in books!) so it’s a very good book for me. I’m pretty sure anyone else who likes detective stories would like this.
