Kestrel Island

An interesting read full of pace and plot twists. I loved the seaside setting as someone who lives by the coast. Sophie is a fabulous character full of courage and determination. I would recommend this for adventure lovers.

I would recommend this book to someone else if they liked series.

I loved the thrill and courage of this book and all its characters, a truly inspiring moral and meaning behind the action - packed plot. Although Sophie is an amazing character and becomes the hero of the story my favourite character is definitely Sienna as she is outstanding and continued to wow me throughout the entire story - many young girls should aspire to be as courageous as her ( just don’t kill any security guards in the process) I loved this story as it exhibits complete girl power and, with a little bravery, you can truly become fearless !!!!!

It's a lovely book, but just double check the age rating before reading. The middle of the book is a bit brutal. It's about a girl called Sophie whom goes on an adventure with an alien from a parallel world called Sienna to get a sort of orb, that was stolen from her wold.

Personally my favourite character was Sienna, she
unlike Sophie loves adventure and strange stuff.

I would recommend this to people who like adventure.

This was a good adventure story about a nervous girl, Sophie, who meets a courageous girl, Sienna from a parallel world.
Together they take on evil accomplishes from
both worlds who having kidnapped an award winning scientist, are trying to produce a drug that will make everyone obey them. Having killed one of the villains, the girls are rescued from Kestrel Isalnd but the other villain, Osario, is not caught.
Aimed at 9-13 year olds, it is a quick and easy read that will get the readers hooked. This is the first of 4 stories and you are left wondering if the girls will face the evil Osario again as Sienna wants the orb that he stole from her father.

A bit too unbelievable for me, but plenty of action to keep the story moving.

This book is about two girls one that comes from another world and one who is just ordinary like you and I. Sophie (the normal girl) was getting a tour around a hotel when her life changed forever. She was about to meet a lifetime best friend and go on incredible adventures. I loved Sienna the most as she had plans to complete jaw dropping things. She had a mission and not just anything. She needed to find and take back the orb. The orb is a special stone that contains the most power out of both worlds. It is shiny and is the size of a walnut but she needs to retrieve it and bring it back to her home.

Very good. Bit violent and it involves guns if you don't like things like that. In a little English town, Sophie isn't expecting any action what so ever, she couldn't be more wrong about the adventure she gets herself into.

I absolutely loved this book because it has a perfect amount of adventure in it. A.B Martin is an excellent author!

I like the brave and determined characteristic of Sienna and the way she fights Osorio and Flynn.

I would recommend it to a fan of A.B. Martin stories.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book because the genre of book is very adventurous and I really like that genre. My favourite character is Sienna because she knows all about trying to fight bad people and she is from another world

I love this book. It always has cliff hangers at the end of the book and a chapter. Some times it is actually a cliff hanger!!!!!!!!!!! I would recommend it to anyone!

It was an adventure story. So if you like adventure stories this is a book for you!

I found this book amazing.
It was hard to put down and just kept on getting better and better.
The plot was very interesting and i never knew what was going to happen next.
In this book I had 2 favourite characters; Sophie and Sienna who work great as a duo.
i recommend this book for 9-13 year old girls.
