A magical story about the importance of kindness and friendship, perfect for sharing at bedtime.
When a little girl finds a lost star, she takes it home and cares for it, just like a beloved pet. She reads it stories, makes it special snacks and tucks it into bed at night. The more she cares for the star, the brighter it glows. Until, one day, it’s time to let go …

I liked that he looked after the star and was kind
This is my favourite
I liked the part when the star flew away back into the sky, but when it was down on earth it was dirty and the little girl cleaned it and played with it and then it flew back into the sky. My favourite character was the star because he shone.

It is about a child who finds a star who’s poorly and gets him better by taking care of it. The child wants to have an icecream with the star in the park but it only comes out at night. Finally the star feels better and gets its shine back and flies back to the sky. I would recommend this book.
