Billy and the Minpins (illustrated by Quentin Blake)

Funny and good vocab for young readers to be exposed to.

I like it because Billy sees the Gruncher and he climbs up the tree and sees the minpins!

At the end of the book it gave me a word invented by roald Dahl
And it misadventures wonder crump,underneath it said it meant wonderful and marvelous so this book was WONDERCRUMP

I liked the adventure little Billy goes with the minpins.

I thought it was funny because when Billy had to get rid of a monster that wants to eat them, he did it flying on a goose. I would recommend the book.

I like Billy and the minpins because I like that young Billy can ride on a swan

I gave it a 3 because it was a bit too short and I would have liked it to be longer. I would also liked to have seen more bad guys. Don Mini was my favourite character in the book because he was very tiny. I recommend this book for children aged 5-7 years old.

This was a nice easy read

I think that Quentin Blake is a fantastic illustrator and I enjoyed the story and the pictures were amazing. My favourite part in this story is when Billy meets the Don Mini and let's him see thier old fashioned rooms. I would recommend this story to readers who like bloodthirsty wild beasts.

This book is about a boy called Billy. He wanted to go to the forest and then he suddenly met the minpins. Something wanted to get and Billy helped the minpins.

I would ask my friends to read it because it is a good book to read.

This was a very funny story and I loved the fact that there was a secret world with a hidden community of Minpins! I liked how Swan took Billy all over the world and magical places that are later featured in other Roald Dahl books!

My favourite part was when Billy was flying in the swan

I really like billy and the minpins and I like it because it was funny how billy’s mum called Billy name and the minpins were realy kind when he whent in the forest.

My favourite character is Billy because he was brave and he went to forest of sin. I also liked the Minpins as they were so tiny.

My favorite character is Don Mini because he can speak every language.
This book is about little Billy's Mum is very strict with little Billy's behavior. The things that little Billy is not allowed to do excitingly to little Billy and the thing that little Billy heard the Devil whispering to him, the Devil saying do not listen to your mom. It is easy to get out just climb out of the window then walk out of the gate and explore the forest of sin. that's why he met the Minpins.

I liked this book as it was very surprising and unusual it interested me because i made me wonder if the minpins were real and made me imagine so much more i would recommend this to someone who has a really big imagination my favourite character was Don Mini

I would recommend this book. I liked the weird creature that breathed red smoke out of its nostrils and no one knew what it looked like

I don't recommend reading the start of this story. It's a bit scary and talks about the devil - which scares me! Otherwise the rest of the book was good and the minpins where my fav characters.

This was really funny

Well I loved this book because in it says that Little Billy was riding a magnificent swan his personal private ride whenever he wants to at night . And the minpins are so lovely!!!

I love Roald Dahl books so I loved Billy and the minpins too. It is a fiction book because it is a made up story. My favourite character was Don Mini because he is caring to Billy. I would definitely recommend it because it is my favourite Roald Dahl book I've read so far.

This book was really creatively written. My favourite character was Little Billy because he rode a swan, that was also my favourite part in the story. I would personally recommend this book to children my age.
