Billy and the Minpins (illustrated by Quentin Blake)

Amazing work and great pictures

This book is about a boy called Billy. He wanted to go to the forest and then he suddenly met the minpins. Something wanted to get and Billy helped the minpins.

I would ask my friends to read it because it is a good book to read.

It is a fiction book.

This was a very funny story and I loved the fact that there was a secret world with a hidden community of Minpins! I liked how Swan took Billy all over the world and magical places that are later featured in other Roald Dahl books!

My favourite part was when Billy was flying in the swan

I really like billy and the minpins and I like it because it was funny how billy’s mum called Billy name and the minpins were realy kind when he whent in the forest.

My favourite character is Billy because he was brave and he went to forest of sin. I also liked the Minpins as they were so tiny.

Beware! Beware! The forest of sin! None go out, but many come in!
Billy has never know outside the garden gate. He wants to explore the WORLD! But, he doesn't know how much magic is right in front of him......

My favorite character is Don Mini because he can speak every language.
This book is about little Billy's Mum is very strict with little Billy's behavior. The things that little Billy is not allowed to do excitingly to little Billy and the thing that little Billy heard the Devil whispering to him, the Devil saying do not listen to your mom. It is easy to get out just climb out of the window then walk out of the gate and explore the forest of sin. that's why he met the Minpins.

I liked this book as it was very surprising and unusual it interested me because i made me wonder if the minpins were real and made me imagine so much more i would recommend this to someone who has a really big imagination my favourite character was Don Mini

I would recommend this book. I liked the weird creature that breathed red smoke out of its nostrils and no one knew what it looked like

I don't recommend reading the start of this story. It's a bit scary and talks about the devil - which scares me! Otherwise the rest of the book was good and the minpins where my fav characters.

This was really funny

Well I loved this book because in it says that Little Billy was riding a magnificent swan his personal private ride whenever he wants to at night . And the minpins are so lovely!!!

My favourite character is Billy. He meets the minpins. And he defeats the gruncher.

I love Roald Dahl books so I loved Billy and the minpins too. It is a fiction book because it is a made up story. My favourite character was Don Mini because he is caring to Billy. I would definitely recommend it because it is my favourite Roald Dahl book I've read so far.

This book was really creatively written. My favourite character was Little Billy because he rode a swan, that was also my favourite part in the story. I would personally recommend this book to children my age.

It was very entertaining because there were mysterious creatures, like the Gruncher. My favourite character was Little Billy because he got to fly on a swan. The funniest part was when Don Mini told Billy not to speak so loudly because the Minpins were tiny.

Best book ever!

In this book my favorite character was Don Mini because he helped the boy stay alive. This book was a thrilling read and I would definitely recommend it to other people.

It's funny but also a bit scary because the Gruncher eats people that go into the forest. It's also cool because all the Minpins ride birds and Billy rides a swan.

It was a book about a boy who went to a jungle. He met a very interesting group of Minpins( Tiny people who live in trees). At last, he defeated a monster.

I like the tiny creatures because they get to fly on birds and talk to them. This is my favourite book.

I liked this book because it was fun, exciting and funny. I liked it when Billy rode on the swan's back and got rid of the gruncher.

I really like this book because I liked the adventure to go to the forest of sins to meeting the minpins and my one of my favourite parts is when the children minpins try to fly on the birds for the first time then little Billy tries to and gets It on first try and my favourite character is don mini the minpin because he is very exiting and fun but I also like little Billy.

I like how the minpins look, It is a very exciting story.
