It amazes me how advanced they were when they developed the technology back in the old days. It gave me the intriguing views in understanding how normal people who are interested to become a spy would need to face the trial and also as part of it gets training in how the espionage would work.

As it shows that it shows a lot of walks of life when you’re settling into the system to become one of the staff worker. The most interesting things that demonstrated the theme that training is still valuable then ever is knowing how to set up the workshop to train the staff to become proficient in every aspect in their roles.

Describing how to become the most chosen candidate that you can become by showing your research about the current affairs with great technical details and write a paper outlining the areas in which the organisation (M15 and M16) were deficient. Almost like writing a proposal for them but you are demonstrating why you are very keen for what you believe in.

The training you will get during that time till the current time is:

• Lock picking,
• Identifying the suspect and spying them to collect Intel,
• Weapon Research,
• Weapon handling,
• Detectives
• Infiltration
• Handmade Code writing and Decipher,
• Enemy strategic research,
• Parachute,
• Radio communication,
• Typewriting for the sake of secret writing,
• Knowing How the KGB system works,
• The use of sophisticated communication tools and equipment,
• And others

You will have the best time to read it. It is based on non-fiction life and it would educate us how the government run the system in espionage organisation.
