A sparkling story of friendship, set in the snowy Arctic, from the bestselling creators of The Lion Inside.
Stubborn wolf cub Wilf doesn’t want help from anyone. Not from his friends or his family. Whatever it is, he can do it all by himself. But when Wilf finds himself lost and alone in the chill of the Arctic night, he discovers something important: sometimes we all need the helping hand of a friend.
This positive rhyming story is perfect for stubbornly independent little cubs everywhere!

I enjoyed reading this book, and loved the pictures in it too! I would recommend this to someone else, there was lots of characters but my favourite character was wilfling!
Lovely rhyming book.
Best for over 6 yr olds.
Ethan wasn’t happy with the polar bears - he learnt that everyone is important however and that a little kindness makes a big difference
The wolf is so brave. I want to be brave.
This is a book about kindness and helping others. I liked it when Wilf found his mummy and daddy at the end of the story. I liked it when the wolves howled.
It was good
I loved it when he found his way back but it was sad when he got lost.
I like that the wolf got lost and then found his way home again with help from new friends.
I loved the animals that showed Wilfling the way back home!
I thought he would just keep following but he didn't because there was a snow storm. My favourite bit was with the moth. I didn't like it when he fell into the water, it was scary.
I need help reading this book but I love the big adventure with the little wolf
This book interested me because it shows why always listening to adults. if you do not listen to adults you can get lost just like the character in the story Wilf. I would recommend this book to a friend to show why it is good to listen to our parents.
All of the animals are being very kind.
Such a lovely story. Great illustrations and a story with a message. Recommend

Wolfy being found
It was a good book because a polar bear stole the wolfs den and it was a mix of emotions. The baby wolf was my favourite character as he was soo cute. I would recommend this book for animal lovers.
I liked it because a little wolf couldn’t find his way home but in the end he could.
In the middle it was sad because he lost his way.
I like this book but it is sad in places.
Really lovely story with some brilliant language. Enjoyed reading this several times.

I like Wilf because he's brave and has the same name as my friend.
I liked the animals that guided Wilf back and I liked him when he was howling very loud.
