It was fiction and my favourite person was Eliot. He was protecting the Earth Stone from Thanatos, who escaped from jail and Virgo also lost her Kardia. What I like about the book that it ended on a cliphanger. I would definitely recommend this book to others.

The last book I read from Max Evan’s god series (I didn’t quite read the Who let the gods out series and Oh Muay gods series in order!), the usual epic adventure, laugh out loud humour but also some sad family drama.

It was all about virgo doing a quest and trying to regain her kardia. In the book they stole a chaos stone from a history meuseum and then had a fight against the goddess of night and the daemon of death.

22 Jul 2023

Not quite the same pizazz and engagement as the first. Much funnier if you’re au fait with the Gods already. Not sure all children would be.

I like this book because it was funny even though it was serious. I think it was funny, epic and fast-paced since some things were quite quick! I liked that there where lots of gods helping Elliot and I thought it had a fab storyline.
I read this at home, mostly when I am coding on a raspberry pi - type of coding-computer. Maz Evens is a great author, especially for making me laugh! I would definitely recommend this to someone!

This interesting book is cool because it is only not funny but it also teaches you about greek mythology
I would recommend it to 10 to 14 year olds because it is long and there are hard words inside.

I liked this book because it was fun to read. It's a fiction book and my favourite character was Elliot Hooper as he never gives up and is optimistic even though he lives through a lot of worries. I would recommend it to other people, especially the ones who are interested in the genres: mythology; fantasy; adventure. However, I would recommend reading its prequel before and its sequel after.

31 Jul 2022

I liked Virgo as she was funny. I would recommend this book because it is hilariously funny.

31 Jul 2022

I liked this book because it was full of adventure and mystery. The only thing i didn’t like was how at the end Elliot done the obviously wrong choices and i think he took it too far. Over all i thought this book was great and i reccomend it to people who like adventure, a bit of mystery and fantasy.
