Bad Mermaids

I really enjoyed this book as it was really funny.I really liked learning about life under the see.I loved the mystery side of the story but was a bit disappointed at the ending as I wanted it to be a bit happier rather than have the girls go missing.I thought that it would have been fine finishing at the second to last chapter when the girls were sat in the sunset together in front of the swirleyshell palace!

I don’t really like this book as much as my other ones so far on my profile.But thats my opinion, if you like/love mysterious and adventourus. Once you first look at the title and cover, you think that they three mermaids(Zelda, Mimi, Bettie and Steve the only talking seahorse)are bad.However, they are good, at least in the first book I haven’t read the 2nd.Have fun reading a thon!

It was good read

My favourite characters are Beattie, Mimi and Zelda because they work together to stop the bad Bad Mermaids that are on the loose.

I enjoyed this book because it shows friendship like a lot of Sibeal pounders books

One million percent good

I would recommend this book to anyone who likes adventure and discovery books.

I did enjoy reading this book and it was easy reading. I loved the imagination of the writer..clam car etc. I couldn’t help but wonder how bad the mermaids were so had to carry on reading

I kinda thought that this book was not going to be interesting but when I read it was interesting.
I thought this was a book that would never finishes.!!
And when I read I slowly thought what if they don't find the bad mermaids!!
Well that would be lazy
If she ,(and he) just get tired and just finish it with "oh no we failed!!!!".And the end of the story.that would be lazy.
And my favourite character was Mimi because I liked the tail and how she acts !
And my interesting character is Beattie because she knew what to do.
And my cool character is Zelda because she was just cool.

Really nice

I thought it was good. It was like there were three mermaids named Zelda, Beattie, Mimi and they should stop the bad Mermaids but they need clam car, phiranha print nail polish. I like Zelda the most. I would recomend it to other children who like mysterious stories.

There were lots of different characters in this story and I loved how fast paced it was. The three main mermaids had spent some time on land with legs but were called back to the ocean to help find someone who has been “fishsnapped.”
The author was very clever in the way she used human terms that we would know but change it to fit under the sea. The pictures inside help bring the story to life.
I would recommend this to children aged 7+

My fave character was Betty and Steve a sea horse.My fave part was when they found out the fish napper.It was Helma Snapp and also i liked it when Betty got angry with Steve because he is annoying and he wears a bowtie
and glasses. I reccomend it to people of my age (7)

This is a fiction book. Took me a while to get into this book but it would suit the age range its set for.

I liked it but the author didn’t introduce the characters so it was tricky to begin with

Bad mermaids is a super funny, mysterious, adventurous and fun.
Three mermaids trying to save the ocean from some BAD(evil) mermaids who are trying to take over the ocean. However you might not like the SAD ending (personally, I found the ending quite rushed).

My favourite person was Beattie because she had a purple tail

I liked this book, it has a wonderful world of mermaids. My favourite character was Steve the seahorse, he was really funny, I liked he was always saying 'Excuse you' before saying something totally funny. I can't wait to read the next book. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves mermaids and magical worlds and adventures.
