In the mist-shrouded haze of the past, the world of Azeroth teemed with wondrous creatures of every kind. Mysterious Elves and hardy Dwarves walked among tribes of Man in relative peace and harmony — until the arrival of the demonic army known as the Burning Legion shattered the world’s tranquility forever. Now Orcs, Dragons, Goblins, and Trolls all vie for supremacy over the scattered, warring kingdoms — part of a grand, malevolent scheme that will determine the fate of the world of Warcraft. Slave. Gladiator. Shaman. Warchief. The enigmatic Orc known as Thrall has been all of these. Raised from infancy by cruel human masters who sought to mold him into their perfect pawn, Thrall was driven by both the savagery in his heart and the cunning of his upbringing to pursue a destiny he was only beginning to understand to break his bondage and rediscover the ancient traditions of his people. Now the tumultuous tale of his life’s journey — a saga of honor, hatred, and hope — can at last be told…

The review, I am most enlighten is the description they described the scene, from the history background about the Durotan is the clan leader for the wolf clan and Gul'dan who is warlock, is also the Stormreaver clan leader during the time of Azeroth, how they have interacted with each other. Orgrim Doomhammer was the main leading character for the Orcs clans as the main Warchief in contrast to how I felt about that story seem so fascinating as it could be brought up into the game in Warcraft 3 (old graphics) This would make the story feel more realistic and crazy at the same time.
What makes it more interesting, during the time where war was taken place for human and orcs fighting with each other, is when the author introduced the character whom has taken Thrall as a adoptive son even though Thrall comes from different race. Working his way up in his warrior career is called Lieutenant Aedelas Blackmoore from a human race. The description soon to be exaggerated about him; however it does develop the theme of that character.
First and foremost Thrall is the most innocent of his time when he was young, then growing up until he rediscovered his ancestry and makes the final decision whether he should lead his race what he wants it to become. It felt like how it would happen to certain individual who are living in this world as well furthermore to consider taking the right action if they want to but needs to learn it first as therefore being challenge as it is, would be the thrill of uncertainty.
Warcraft, such a name for a well-crafted book. Some books which get their a story from other entertainment media, like movies-games in this case-this book had really pulled it off.
The best part of the story was I think when Thrall was told what his name means, and it made me dig up the book because it filled me with empathy.
It's probably not for kids just simply because of the name, but for YA readers, it's a fine piece.
