I loved everything about this book!!
I enjoyed this book
Great
I would love to read the whole series in the order. This book is the 1st I read. I tried reading the last book but I got lost. So I would recommend the reader to read this in order.
It is a very exciting book. I normally like fantasy fiction. This book is mostly about Greek mythology and magic...both which are my favourite topics
The books are very creative and I love how cool they are
I liked it because it was similar to Percy Jackson & Apollo is one of my favourite gods.
Anyone who likes the Percy Jackson books will like this.
Another enjoyable read from the pen of Rick Riordan, with this series focussing on the god Apollo being cast out of Olympus and made mortal. Old friends from previous series and new faces to the stories all add to the ever expanding universe of god, demigod and monsters among us. Plenty of adventure and excitement blended with journeys of self discovery and uncovered secrets and truths. Lining book 2 up already….
My favourite person in the book was Apollo . Apollo went on lots of avengers adventures with Meg . I liked how there was an ants nest and a hidden oracle.I liked how Nero tried to destroy half camp blood. Failed and Meg betrayed Apollo and now is trying to capture Apollo .
This is a fantasy book. My favourite character is called Meg
Meg is a daughter of Demeater (the goddess of the harvest). The most surprising bit of the story was when it showed that Meg was the bad emperor Nero's daughter. Nero tried burning a forest which is opposite of Goddess of Harvest / trees' principle.
Great funny book. It was and enjoyable read
I really enjoyed this book because it was so interesting and I always wanted to find out what was next. My favourite character was Meg because she is so funny and bossy.
Good!
I like when he becomes a teenager and has an adventure. I can't wait to read the rest of the books in this series.
Apollo is an interesting character as he doesn't really understand the life of mortal human beings. He seems quite ungrateful! I do like the fact that he take risks.
Wonderful book.
It was really good, mysterious and adventurous.
I would recommend this book to fantasy and adventure lovers as it was really fun to read and I cannot put the other down
It taught me many things about ancient gods
Back as a mortal
Good begining
A fantastic blend of myth and modern ,one of my favorite books ever
I did it on paper and gave it to my local library
I love everything about this book, Rick Riordan is my favourtie author. This is one of my faves he has done as i love greek and roman mythology as i finished a school project on it before the summer holidays and wanted to find out more about ancient mythology in a fun, classic way so i started reading the trails of apollo series i have only read this one so far as it is the only one i have of the series but it has hooked me into the series and i am dedicated to finish all 5 books of the series.
This amazing book is a work of fiction. I liked Apollo the best. It's about Apollo falling down to Earth from Olympus set in modern times. Meg McCaffery claims hims he has to serve her until Zeus thinks that he can come back to Olympus. He has to find the Grove of Dodana and find the talking arrow which only he can hear.
I think that it is a good book. I like Apollo best, because he is sarcastic and funny. Yes, I would recommend it to someone else.
I thought this book was very good and was very funny. My favourite character was Apollo because he was the funniest and most joyous character. I would recommend this to anyone who loves Greek Mythology as that is what the story is centered on.
it's a cool book
Good and funny!
I liked this book because of the cool adventures and fighting.
This book is amazing. It's a modernised version of Greek myths. The God, Apollo, is sent down to Earth as a punishment. If he wants to get back to being a God he must complete a series of deadly tasks. The first demi-God he sees must become his master and he meets the slightly eccentric Meg McCaffery. It is part of a series and all in all he must defeat the evil trimautive, which consists of Nero, Caligula and Commudus. He most also defeat Tarquinn and the Python.
