Mental Toughness Training examines what it takes to be as mentally fit as a special forces soldier. The book explains why it is equally important to focus on stress management and mental discipline as it is to concentrate on physical exercises, and is an essential guide to testing and improving mental agility and resilience.

In this book it shows great illustration in how the SAS have to go through to become a fully competent Special Forces. The way they test their potential candidate is to see whether he is self motivated, self contract, conviction never the less willing to face every obstacle without any fear. This kind of concept would be hard to grasp but if shown by examples and how determine they would be then others could follow with it, if in time they are interested to join the SAS but you would need to go through all strong rigorous regiment training in order to successfully pass the criteria to become a SAS.

It is worth it. The self contract would be a hard concept unless you try to revisit your emotion where you are initially taking action without being asked and be independent.

The basics include in our daily life that I am foremost impressed are
Who plans Wins and it would include the list of concept that ideally should be used as a way of life as it would include:

• SMART
o S=Specific
o M=Measurable
o A=Achievable
o R=Realistic
o T=Time

As it would help to break down your goals

• SWOT
o Strengths
o Weaknesses
o Opportunity
o Threats

Therefore being able to identify where you need help, most confident, what obstacles are likely to hinder you on your journey.

Strengths and weaknesses focus in the internal factors

Opportunity and Threats focuses on the external factors.

KPI

Key performance indicators are a form of motivation when taking part of creative recording progress throughout your personal journey.

Take your time and enjoy reading it if you are planning to join the military or reading it for fun to explore how the other society works.
