The Jam Doughnut That Ruined My Life

It was a nice and funny book. It was fiction and I loved it a lot. I woul definitely recommend this to other people

If only Roman Garstang hadn’t wanted to eat that delicious squidgy splodge jam doughnut he wouldn’t have been smacked across the face with a poisonous jellyfish almost kill a guinea pig, who was called Mr or as we now know Mrs Wiggles.

I liked it because it's very funny. My favourite part was when he got a sting from a jellyfish. My favourite character was Roman. I would recommend it to anyone who likes food.

This book was hilarious! I read it to my family as our caravan holiday book and it was such a hit they wanted to hear more story rather than go to the park! It made for some very late nights.

Roman Garstang blames a series of terrible occurrences all on his eating a jam doughnut at the wrong moment during a school trip. It is full of cringy moments where you can see what is going to happen but know there is nothing you or Roman can do to change it. Full of toilet humour and some use of words I decided to alter for my seven years olds ears, this is a great read.

The funniest character was Darren Gamble.
The best thing about the book was when they did the science lesson and they wrote funny letters to irrespomsible guinea pig sitters!
I would recommend the book it is the first in the series.

BEST BOOK EVER

I like this book because t has some really funny bits and great characters. If i was a charater in here i would have a brilliant time!

This book was shortlisted for the Roald Dahl funny prize twice and I definitely think it should have been because it made me laugh out loud more than once. I would recommend this book for people who like a lot of action and a good laugh.
