Tina is a good person. Tina has done something bad. But she did the wrong thing for the right reasons and that makes it a bit less bad – doesn’t it? For six years Tina has served drinks and collected dry-cleaning for a boss who spends more on lunch than Tina does on rent, and her debts are piling up.

A fun book with fun characters and a very believable context. I liked that the boyfriend was wholesome and not predictably steamy. The girls were great. Quite a feat to make the plight of educated women in a male dominated financial hegemony so comedic - it's believable because so many of the young women I know are in exactly this situation - the big cities of the world live off the backs of poorly paid, clever, well educated assistants. It is time for a non-profit Assitance - or more likely time that people were paid properly, thanks Camille Perri
