Recruited as Mr Silver’s apprentice, Daniel learns the secrets of the Emporium’s vast labyrinth of passageways and rooms — rooms that contain wonders beyond anything Daniel has ever imagined.
But when Mr Silver disappears, and a shadow from the past threatens everything, the Emporium and all its wonders begin to crumble.
Can Daniel save his home, and his new friends, before the Nowhere Emporium is destroyed forever?

The Nowhere Emporium is a magical adventure story. I loved the intrigue surrounding the character of Lucien Silver and the way that his backstory emerged throughout the book. I would recommend this novel to children who like the J.K. Rowling or Philip Pullman books.
I started reading this book at school, and enjoyed it so much, I asked for it for my birthday!
Mr Silver is gone and now Daniel and Ellie are now looking after the Emporium but Daniel let this man called Mr Sharpe what are they going to do now should they trust him or not all in the Nowhere Emporium

It was a great book because I liked how it got me to use my imagination.
Daniel’s life is fairly miserable, with no friends and being constantly hounded by bullies in the orphanage where he lives he tries to make the best of things. Then one day whilst on the run from the bullies, Daniel seeks refuge inside the Nowhere Emporium where he meets its owner and creator Lucien Silver. Then a few days later following what should have been a life ending accident Daniel ends up back with Lucien at the Emporium. Lucien notices something different and special in Daniel and takes him in to live and work in the Emporium. Lucien offers Daniel “…an opportunity. A challenge. You must show me I was correct to bring you here, that you are, as I suspect, special. If you succeed in that then the Emporium will become your home.” Daniel loves his new life but when Lucien suddenly disappears and a stranger turns up at the Emporium door, claiming to a be friend and wanting to help everything changes.
With twists and turns the Nowhere Emporium is a great read.

The story is exciting.
This fiction book kept me interested and engaged. It has some interesting twists and the author keeps you guessing. Good for fans of fantasy and magic based books.
This was a really good book, with lots of twists and turns in the story that kept you guessing what was going to happen next. I loved it so much that i cant wait to read the other 2 books in the series.
My favourite character was Daniel and what his imagination and dreams could generate. Especially taking the simplest of things and using it against Vindictus Sharpe to save the emporium and the people that he thought of as family.
I would 100% recommend this book
It wasnt the best but it was OK.
My favourite character in the book was Daniel .This is one of my favourite books. I like how the shop can go anywhere anytime.
I really loved this book, more than I expected to as I'm not a huge fan of magic and fantasy. However, I could not put this book down and was so invested in the characters. A real page turner for me!
I thought it was full of excitement , mystery and a heavy spout of WONDER.I think people who like HP will love this book.
I thought this book was one of the best books i have ever read. I was so interested i read it in under 2 days. It was a very intriguing book because there are all sorts of things going on. I liked Ellie the most. Ellie is the emporiums owner’s daughter who cant leave the emporium until the end of the book because her dad is trying to protect her. Anyone who is into adventurer magic or action books would love this.

I liked this book apart from where it was sad at the end. My favorite part was where the Emporium was handed over to Daniel.
The Nowhere Emporium is a magical place that our hero, Daniel, finds himself tangled up with from very early on in this story. It is a well written adventure with classic elements of fantasy (an orphan discovers a tantalising future awaiting him) that is an easy and enjoyable read. Recommended.
very good book
Imaginative adventure.
Realistic emotions about death, rejection, good and evil.
All the characters were fascinating, my favourite was Ellie. Her mystery and mischievous character was fun to follow.
Would recommend.
This book was brilliant! The pictures the author creates in your mind puts you right inside the action. The twists and turns keep you gripped. Need to read the sequel now.
About 4 hours ago, I couldn't decide what to pluck from my TBR pile. But I have just enjoyed an afternoon at The Nowhere Emporium. Superb writing that I can't wait to recommend in school.
Also added The Elsewhere Emporium and The Otherwhere Emporium to the ever-growing wishlist!
I thought this book was an excellent read. It has loads of magic and wonder.
I absolutely loved it. I was hooked from the moment I started reading and didn't want to put it down. It's imaginative and has strong and likeable characters. I can't wait to read the sequel. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone aged 10+.
This took me into a dazzling and exciting other world! A page turner from start to finish!
This book was full of excitement, mystery and intrigue. The Nowhere Emporium took you to places that you could have only ever dreamed of; so many secrets and lots of different corridors. There was magic and emotion in this book and not knowing what was going to happen kept me on the edge of my seat. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone of any age; I thoroughly enjoyed it.
A pure fantasy text based on a boy escaping the harsh reality of his real life. I felt the book gained momentum about a third of the way through the book as Daniel tries to figure out how he’s going to save the emporium and unanswered questions are revealed.
I’d recommend this text for children 9+
You can really imagine you are there. I loved the language used!!
