Oliver Twist

Read this as I wanted to include a classic. Actually surprised me at how much I enjoyed it, having only ever seen various screen versions. Easier fighting through the text than many of Dickens' novels, and the character descriptions are wonderfully vivid.

My favourite character was Nancy, a kidnapped girl that took her life just to protect Oliver Twist. Nancy is a courageous,daring,intelligent and quick witted young girl who always sticks to her thoughts. I would recomend this book to 9+ as to younger people this book would be very confusing.The reason to this is that it has confusing words.

This book is about oliver he is an orphan.One night he asks for more but he gets sold for asking for more.

This is a brilliant classic book.

I am almost lost for words what an incredible Novel by Charles Dickens.My favourite character is Mr Brownlow a generous old man.It is remarkable good for brave people.

I loved the ending when Oliver got a new dad.Oliver was my favourite character.

It was a really great book it was quite sad at the start because Oliver had been treated badly and was left to starve but luckily he escaped to London met a gang of thieves, but he did make good friends like Rose and Maileys but at the end oliver found a great home to live in. I would recommend this book to 10 and over children. I really enjoyed and I hope you do!!!!

It's exciting and sad !!!

It was fiction.i liked rose the most.it wasn't factual.it interested me by the title.i would recommend this book to people who like murder and crime novels.

I didn't really enjoy this book, because it was quite frustrating when Oliver kept having back luck. I would recommend it, but for readers that don't mind scary books

I wasn't too keen on this book as it was a bit boring. I didn't like the characters. I would recommend it to children of 6+ who like books with lots of detail.

I do not recommend I had a hard time following the plot and was no edited by the storyline.

I think you should read this book because it is a classic, and written by a very famous author. It is a good book for 7+.
