Granny was very funny

it surprised me when Ben found out that granny was international jewel thief and when ben sneak out to see if she was actually stealing jewels (which she is) when he gets back home the parents here a big thud and ask ben what is he doing (the parent love strictly dancing show) the ben lies and I was dancing and the parent where full of joy. ( ben likes to plumb but his parent hate it so the dad convinces ben to be a dancer...well they think the plan worked and it didnt he was lying.) they took him to a dancing class for a competition. And it didnt go well.(also the granny died of cancer which is sad). I liked Ben, Granny, Mum and Dad. it interest me because the cover and people in my school said it was good book. I would recommend it someone who like liars, funny and a bit of sad.:)

Granny liked cabbage soup and also being a gangsta granny.

Ben the little boy was the best. He stayed at his granny's every friday and he would pour the cabbage soup in the plant pot and get more from granny.

I rated the book 5 out of 5 because Ben and his granny are really funny.

I really like this book because there is a boy who is called Ben and his Grandmother is a thief and her grandson figured it out in chapter nine ( 9 ).

I love the stories granny tells.

It's a funny book about the thrilling adventures of a boy called Ben and his granny of how they try to steal the crown jewels.

It also shows the unique love they share.

I loved the main character in this book, Ben. Some of the things he talks about and the fun he gets up to with granny afterwards make me laugh a lot. Like when he gets zero points for his dance! I like to say the granny reminds me of my grandma- though she doesn't steal diamonds. It's another I would recommend to my friends and almost as good as the world's worst parents.

I enjoyed this story, Ben was my favourite character. I really like David Walliams' stories

This was a happy, silly, sad story. I really recommend it.

It was really funny.

It was another very funny story by David Walliams and I enjoyed every minute of it. It had a very interesting storyline and it was very funny when Mr parker came in and Ben's granny was doing 'her naked yoga'. Ben's granny was my favourite character, she was very funny and she was always full of surprises.

A granny as an international jewel thief! I loved reading the book as it balances emotions and comedy very well. I loved reading it and highly recommend it for a good laugh and engaging content.

I really enjoyed this book because it has a great storyline and funny characters especially granny, my favourite part was when they were on the motorway on a mobility scooter because it was ridiculous and funny things were said.

It was funny but sad as well.
