I decided to read My Anxious Mind by Michael A. Tompkins, PhD and was stunningly surprised about how many different things can set off someones anxiety. I have anxiety myself and after reading this I am positive that I have a better hold on things. Even though the book says MY ANXIOUS MIND- A TEENS GUIDE I feel as if the book isn’t aimed at young people but any age really. In all I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who has anxiety and does panic.
