Fat Cat Reading Group

A small but friendly local book group for men- we had to get together as all our wives and partners were in book groups! We meet in a local pub on the third Friday of every month, (apart from August), usually the Fat Cat but sometimes The Odd One Out or The Hospital Arms. Twice a year we go out for a curry and every June we cycle to Wivenhoe for a discussion and a beer in The Rose and Crown. We also go on a few sporting outings and a few of us run, but that\'s not compulsory. We have a varied diet of books and recent months have included \'The Fight\', \'Vox\', \'The Ebony Tower\' and \'Feet in the Clouds\'. New members very welcome.
