Alvering Reading Group

A library based reading group that has been running for 18 years. Meetings will number anything from 8 - 18 members. We read widely, suggestions coming from "the floor" provided enough copies can be sourced through the library system. Inevitably we are mainly female but welcome all. We meet once a month on the first Friday (occasionally this moves) in the middle of the day and meetings last about an hour. Coffee/tea and biscuits (chocolate) on offer. The only rules - we listen to each other . I act as coordinator and conduct.
