Southborough Boys' Book Group

This group meets once a week on Wednesday lunchtimes in the LRC at Southborough School. It's a club for boys in year 7,8 and 9. We focus on a new teenage fiction book at each session, which we aim to read as a group. But the boys also request other books from the librarian and recommend books to each other. We have quizzes and competitons and sometimes shadow the national book awards. This group also takes part in the Kingston Youth Book Award and the Kingston Libraries Literary Cup Quiz.
