Holy Cross Year 7 Book Group

This is a group for gilrs in year 7 at the school. It aims to help with the transition from primary to secondary and from reading children's fiction to teenage fiction. We focus on a new fiction book each time as a group read as well as recommending other books to each other. The group meets on alternate Thursday lunchtimes in the Geogrpagy classroom and is run jointly by the youth librrian from Kingston Libraries and by a teacher from the school.
