The Old and Abbey Church Book Group

Our group meets each month on a Sunday at 9.45am and has ten members ranging from folk in their 20s to 80s. As a group, we all take part in suggesting titles to read and discuss together and are flexible in setting future meeting dates. We read a wide variety of genres, mainly fiction, but we do also read non-fiction as well. We take part in competitions, attend author events and meet with other book groups. While we meet in the Church Hall, we are not all Church members - we are a friendly bunch and very happy to welcome new members.
